Location: Hay-on-Wye
Cartref in Hay-on-Wye, part of Shaw Healthcare, is seeking a Bank Residential Team Leader to support a dedicated team delivering person-centred care to older residents, including those living with dementia. This bank role offers zero‑hour shifts and the chance to make a positive impact across multiple shifts.
You will lead by example, supervise on shift, administer medication safely, keep care plans up to date and report changes to the Line Manager.
