This is a varied and rewarding role where youll use your full range of nursing skills to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Youll work across a busy primary care environment, delivering everything from chronic disease management and immunisations to health screening and minor treatments. Youll also play an important role in prevention, early intervention and health promotion across the local population.

Main duties of the job

At IC24, we are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to become part of our Primary Care team at Allied Medical Practice. The role is rewarding, requiring a full range of nursing skills to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team. Practice nurses will work in a busy primary care environment, delivering chronic disease management, immunisations, health screening, and minor treatments.

Prevention, early intervention, and health promotion are crucial parts of the role. This involves working within an integrated healthcare system to improve access and reduce secondary care service pressure, ensuring patients receive appropriate care in a timely manner.
