Bethesda Health Group is seeking a Registered Nurse Rehab Nurse for a full-time 8-hour evening shift at Bethesda Southgate. You will assess residents' health status on admission and throughout, document all care plans, and work with the interdisciplinary team to meet individualized goals.
Responsibilities include medication administration, therapies, IV fluids as needed, and ensuring timely, accurate documentation.
