• Provide clinical leadership and expertise across the ward.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the nursing team.
• Manage ward budgets and support on-call service alongside senior nursing staff.
• Ensure high standards of care within the Clinical Governance framework.
• Act as a role model, creating a positive learning and recovery-focused environment.
• Hold a key role within the multidisciplinary team.

• Qualified nurse with valid NMC registration (RMN preferred).
• Proven leadership experience within a mental health or low secure setting.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and quality standards.
• Experience from NHS or independent sector welcomed.
• Caring, compassionate, and committed to high-quality care.

• Purpose-built low secure hospital.
• Specialist care for women with complex mental health needs.
• Combined low secure and recovery ward pathway.
• Full MDT in place.
• Commutable areas:
  Newark, Nottingham, Grantham, Mansfield, Lincoln, Retford, Southwell and surrounding areas.
