Community Nurse

Cornwall (Bodmin to Truro Region)

Up to £39,000 DOE | Company Car or Car Allowance | Monday-Friday | Days Only

Looking for a community nursing role that gives you the time to deliver high-quality care without the pressures of the ward?

A leading specialist healthcare provider is looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN) to support adults in their own homes across the Bodmin to Truro region, delivering personalised, evidence-based care while managing a realistic caseload.

  • Salary up to £39,000 DOE
  • Fully expensed company car and fuel card or £4,877.50 car allowance plus mileage
  • Monday to Friday working pattern

The Role

As a Community Nurse, you ll work independently with the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality nursing care to adults in their own homes.

You ll be responsible for:

  • Completing holistic clinical assessments and developing personalised care plans
  • Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care and treatment
  • Monitoring patients and responding to changing clinical needs
  • Supporting and educating patients, families and carers
  • Working closely with GPs and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring high standards of clinical governance
About You

To be considered, you ll need:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
  • Experience in adult nursing within a hospital or community setting
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
  • Full UK driving licence
