Qualifications:- Associate's or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
- Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact)
- Certifications:
BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS (all required upon hire or within specified provisional periods) - Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication
- Ability to work compassionately and uphold patient-centered care
