Registered Nurse Nights - AG

We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Autumn Grange Care Home.

At Autumn Grange, based in Creswell, S80, we provide care and nursing support to older adults and people living with dementia. If you are a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people, we would love to hear from you.

£22 per hour

Schedule:

Rota basis including weekends and bank holidays

Sponsorship:

Reimbursement of annual NMC PIN payment (subject to no restrictions placed)

• Care planning:
  Formulating, reviewing and updating person-centred care plans to reflect residents’ needs, in consultation with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals, in line with NMC guidelines and company policies.
• Medication administration:
  Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company procedures and NMC guidelines.
• Monitoring resident wellbeing:
  Identify and report any ill health amongst residents and arrange GP or professional visits where required.
• Leadership and supervision:
  When acting as Nurse in Charge, supervise the care team and ensure clear and concise handovers at the end of each shift.
• Multidisciplinary working:
  Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
