NHS Scotland invites applications for a Band 6 Deputy Charge Nurse in the Gynaecology ward at Ayrshire Maternity Unit, Crosshouse. The role is permanent, 30 hours per week, with pro‑rata adjustments for part‑time staff. You will support the Senior Charge Nurse and lead the ward to ensure high‑quality patient care.
You will deputise during absences, coordinate the nursing team, and work closely with Women’s and Children’s Services to drive improvements in gynaecology care.
