Location: Speldhurst
All screens Nationwide Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks a practice nurse who specialises in Diabetes, ideally 27 hours per week (Mon, Wed, Thu 8am–6pm) negotiable. You will assess, treat and educate patients, working with practice protocols and with nurse colleagues and GPs.
The post requires NMC registration and prescribing qualifications are advantageous; duties include chronic disease management, immunisation, wound care, health screening and minor procedures, with a patient-centred approach.
