Purosearch Ltd is assisting a dementia-focused nursing home in Kent to recruit a Deputy Nursing Home Manager / Clinical Lead. You will support the Home Manager, provide clinical leadership and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents with dementia.
The role requires an experienced RN with NMC PIN and strong leadership, communication and IT literacy. Shift work with on-call weekends is included; night shifts may be required.
