We are looking for a Clinical Lead (RMN) to join an award-winning care home provider in Rossendale. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse with a background in supporting adults with complex mental health needs.

As Clinical Lead, you’ll work within a purpose-built service delivering high-quality residential and nursing care. The home supports residents with a range of needs, including complex mental health conditions, dementia, neurological conditions and learning disabilities.
This role would suit an RMN who is passionate about person-centred care, clinical quality and supporting teams to achieve positive outcomes for residents with complex presentations.
Duties of the Clinical Lead:- Monitor and maintain high standards of clinical care delivered by qualified care staff
- Support the Home Manager with the implementation of policies, procedures and service objectives
- Oversee residents’ wellbeing, identifying changes in needs and ensuring care plans are reviewed and updated accordingly
- Provide clinical leadership, guidance and support to the nursing and care team
- Act as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, visitors and external health and social care professionals
- Promote strong clinical governance, safeguarding and best practice throughout the service
- Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Proven experience supporting adults with complex mental health needs
- Previous experience as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead or similar leadership role within a care home or relevant clinical setting
- Good knowledge of clinical care systems, care planning and clinical governance
- Confident leading, mentoring and developing a clinical team
- A compassionate, person-centred approach to care
