About the RoleParagon Home Healthcare is looking for female Complex Homecare Nurses to support a young woman in her home environment.
She lives with complex long-term conditions including chronic pancreatitis, hypermobility/Ehlers-Danlos features, chronic pain and neurodivergent needs. Nurses will play a key role in delivering structured, person-centred care and supporting her independence.
You'll provide holistic nursing care including:
Complex medication management (subcutaneous and jejunal routes)
