Night Shift Registered Nurse — Compassionate Care Leader
The Oaks in Rubery is seeking a Qualified Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. You will lead by example, oversee medication administration, and coordinate with GPs, families, and the wider care team to deliver compassionate, person-centred care.
Strong communication, IT skills, and a valid NMC pin are essential. You will support residents daily, assist with care plans, and participate in handovers and audits to maintain safety and a warm, welcoming home.
