University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our Ophthalmology Unit. The role requires a Level 1 Registered General Nurse and offers training and support for those with limited ophthalmology experience.
You will undertake visual acuities, administer medications, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and assist with intravitreal injections and minor procedures. The unit operates Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, with Saturday mornings 8am-1pm.
