We’re recruiting Waste Collection Operatives to join our dedicated team in the Metheringham area, supporting services across North Kesteven.

About the Role:

• As part of our operations team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping local communities clean and safe by collecting household waste.
• This is a physically demanding, outdoor role that involves manual handling and loading of waste materials.
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions and walking long distances throughout your shift.
• Working closely with colleagues to complete daily collection rounds.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, and contributing to an essential public service.

Hourly Rate:
You will have a starting wage of £12.21 per hour. This will increase to £12.39 following 12 weeks. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year. Please note we do not offer sponsorship.

Working Hours:

You will work Monday to Friday with a start time of 7am.
