Mitie Landscapes has an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at the UK's market leading FM company. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be delivering Grounds Maintenance ensuring you deliver the exceptional every day. You will be responsible for:

• Maintaining our clients' sites. Grass cutting, hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearance, litter picking, and spraying.
• Providing management with relevant information and reporting as required, including reporting any site hazards.
• Operating all vehicles, machinery and equipment in accordance with Health & Safety procedures.
• Undertaking any training as and when required.
• Use our smart phone based operating system to report work activity.
• Complete Weekly vehicle Checks.

• A passion for working outdoors.
• Prepared to work in an agile and flexible working environment.
• A good understanding of smartphone technology.
• City & Guilds NPTC PA1 & PA6 spraying licence.
• Full driving licence.
• CSCS + IOSH Working Safely / Equivalent.
• First Aid Training.
