Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

Away Resorts is shaking up the industry and setting new standards for UK holiday parks. We operate 27 parks and resorts across the UK, including the flagship Tattershall Lakes.

We are seeking qualified lifeguards to provide safety and guest service in our indoor and outdoor pool facilities.

• Maintain cleanliness standards within pool environments and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements
• Carry out daily health and safety checks and maintain safe and hygienic facilities
• Assist with operation of water‑based activities in both indoor and outdoor pool environments
• Provide friendly, professional guest care and act quickly in emergencies

• Communication skills and customer facing experience
• Friendly, calm and approachable, with the ability to act quickly and effectively
• Swimming competence: 50 m in no more than 60 seconds; 100 m continuously front and 100 m continuously back; surface dive to pool floor and climb out unaided
• Must complete a full lifeguard competency test before joining
• Current lifeguard qualification (NPLQ)
