Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Cattery Supervisor to support the daily operation of our busy cattery at Stapeley Grange Wildlife Centre under the guidance of the Cattery Manager. The role requires ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare, team performance, and customer care. This full time, permanent position is shift based and includes weekends and bank holidays.
Responsibilities- Support daily operation of the cattery.
- Ensure the highest standards of animal welfare.
- Maintain team performance and morale.
- Provide exceptional customer care.
- Work on a shift basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
