We believe great veterinary care starts with a well‑supported team. Diaries are carefully managed to prevent overload, and our experienced nursing team provides strong clinical and practical support throughout the day. The result is a smoother workflow and more time to focus on cases, not chaos.

Our modern, purpose‑built surgery is designed to support high clinical standards and in‑house case workups.

We see a varied and growing caseload, with strong client loyalty and a focus on continuity of care. There’s excellent opportunity to build on your interests and develop further clinical skills.

We fully fund certificates and actively encourage further study. New ideas and different approaches are always welcomed—we learn from each other and continuously improve how we work.

• 30–35 hours per week
• 1:4 Saturday rota
• No on‑call
• No out‑of‑hours

We’re looking for a confident vet comfortable with routine medical and surgical cases, with occasional sole charge. You’ll be trusted with autonomy but backed by a supportive, experienced team.

• Salary up to £75,000 pro rata, depending on experience
• £5,000 welcome or relocation bonus*
