Assistant Gardener

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Gardener to help transform the prestigious estate overseen by Grantley Hall. The role demands enthusiasm for horticulture, a passion for soft landscaping, and a commitment to maintaining exceptionally high standards across the estate.

Flexible working across multiple sites from time to time is required.

• Assist in the transformation and upkeep of the estate's gardens and landscape areas.
• Ensure high standards of plant care and maintenance throughout the estate.

• Essential: RHS Level 2 in Horticulture (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence (required for estate location).
• Preferred: PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates.

• Strong knowledge of plant identification and plant care.
• Confidence in the use of gardening machinery, including blowers and hedge trimmers.
• Skill in pruning and maintaining topiary.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Passionate, reliable, and motivated to work in all weather conditions.

• Monthly service charge (typically £3,400 annually).
