Join our team at Gunton Hall, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This 212‑bedroom coastal hotel has a rural feel, surrounded by Suffolk woodland, gardens, a lake, and a pitch‑and‑putt course.

Hourly rate:
Up to £12.71 dependent on age.

Are you passionate about ensuring safety while creating unforgettable experiences? Warner Hotels is looking for dedicated Lifeguards to join our vibrant team and help us provide a fun and safe environment for our guests.

• Monitor and ensure the safety of guests in and around swimming areas
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a fun atmosphere
• Execute rescue techniques and administer first aid as needed
• Educate guests about pool safety rules and regulations

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS) an advantage but not essential – Full training available.
• Able to swim a minimum of 100 meters
• Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy

• Enthusiastic individuals, who have a genuine passion for leisure.
• Great customer service skills.
• Able to pick up new skills quickly.
• Someone who will engage with the guests and host activities to ensure guests can enjoy their holiday to the full.
