Location & FacilitiesOur Bridgend practice is located within a two‑mile drive of the M4, is only a 20‑minute drive from the South Wales coast, and is close to Cardiff. The recently revamp created a spacious environment that includes four excellent consultation rooms, a kennel and cattery, two theatres, a preparation theatre, a full in‑house laboratory, an isolation area, a washroom, and a separate office.

The practice is supported by a dedicated team of four veterinarians, six nurses (including two students and four qualified nurses), seven veterinary care assistants, a reception team, and an experienced practice manager. Colleagues participate in charity events and are at the heart of the practice’s achievements during and outside of working hours.
Flexibility & Professional DevelopmentWe offer real flexibility in terms of full‑time, part‑time, short or long days and even extended lunch breaks to allow staff to enjoy walks along the beach. The practice is happy to support training and certifications that help you advance your career.

- Annual leave of 28 days (incl. bank holidays) rising to 33 days (incl. bank holidays) after two years’ service (pro‑rata)
