Karbon Homes seeks a Lead Grounds Maintenance Operative to lead our Grounds Maintenance Team in Newcastle, Newburn. You will work outdoors, manage cyclical maintenance, and supervise a small crew to deliver high-quality grounds services.
A full UK driving licence is essential, with experience using ride-on mowers and a PDA. You will drive improvements, ensure works meet service standards, and be the first point of contact for the Team Leader.
