We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lifeguard Team Member to join our team at Warner Hotels. As part of our supportive Leisure team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our guests while they enjoy our swimming pool and leisure facilities. You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe environment, carrying out poolside supervision, responding to incidents when required, and delivering excellent customer service.

Alongside the Leisure Manager and wider team, you will be a fundamental part of creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for every guest throughout their stay.

As a Lifeguard you will:

• Monitor and ensure the safety of guests in and around swimming areas
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a fun atmosphere
• Execute rescue techniques and administer first aid as needed
• Educate guests about pool safety rules and regulations

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS).
• Able to swim a minimum of 100 meters
• Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy

• Enthusiastic individuals, who have a genuine passion for leisure.
• Great customer service skills.
• Able to pick up new skills quickly.
• Someone who will engage with the guests and host activities to ensure guests can enjoy their holiday to the full.
