Bupa’s Richmond Villages Aston is seeking a proactive Head Gardener to create, develop and maintain beautiful, safe outdoor spaces that support residents' wellbeing. You will lead a team of gardeners, plan schedules, and ensure lawns, shrubs and beds are vibrant year-round.
Working with the maintenance team and contractors, you will monitor budgets, advise on improvements, and participate in resident gardening committee meetings.
