Are you an experienced Ground Maintenance Operative looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established and growing company?
We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the Midlands’ leading Landscaping and Fencing Contractors, known for delivering high-quality work and investing in the development of its employees.

You’ll be working across a variety of sites for national house builders, local authorities, housing associations and management companies, carrying out a range of grounds maintenance duties, including:
- Grass cutting using pedestrian and ride-on mowers
- Strimming and brush cutter work
- Hedge and tree pruning
- Pond and lake maintenance
- Weed control and spraying
- Re-barking and general landscape maintenance
There are also opportunities to develop your skills by working alongside our
** Landscaping, Customer Care, Play Equipment Installation and Ecological teams**.
If you have fencing experience, there may also be opportunities to work within our dedicated Fencing division.
What We’re Looking For- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in grounds maintenance
- A positive attitude and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to read and interpret site plans and landscape drawings
- A full, clean UK driving licence is essential
- CSCS Card is desirable, although training can be provided if required
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Overtime available
