Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Advisor Permanent | Full-time Severnside Dairy, Gloucestershire At Mller, we love making great tasting products and we care just as much about keeping our people safe and our environment protected. We're looking for a proactive HSE Advisor to join our Severnside Dairy site and help us build a positive, engaging and responsible safety culture. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with colleagues across the site, supporting compliance, promoting best practice and driving continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing Supporting compliance with HSE legislation and Mller policies Carrying out risk assessments and legal audits Investigating incidents and closing out actions and non-conformances Delivering HSE inductions and training Championing behavioural safety and colleague engagement Coordinating HSE programmes and tracking performance data Supporting external audits and regulatory visits Administering HSE systems, internal audits and health surveillance schedules Deputising for the HSE Manager when required What we're looking for NEBOSH Certificate is essential IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management is desirable
