QA Team Leader - Permanent RoleBased Burgh Le Marsh, Lincolnshire.
Salary: £30,500 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - 6am to 6pm (Days)
Our client is looking for a proactive QA Team Leader to join their Technical team. You'll be responsible for ensuring products meet customer and legal standards, keeping the site audit-ready, and leading a small team of QA staff.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee quality systems, document control, and traceability
- Lead and support QA staff in daily operations
- Conduct internal audits and assist with external inspections
- Maintain compliance with BRC, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Support continuous improvement and product testing
