Salary: NPR 35,000 – 40,000 per month

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented QA/QC Officer to ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and production excellence. The role involves monitoring processes, conducting inspections, and supporting continuous improvement in product quality.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, packaging, and finished water bottles.
- Perform routine laboratory and on‑site tests (water quality, seal strength, labeling accuracy, etc.).
- Identify non‑conforming products and initiate corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and test results.
- Ensure sanitation and hygiene practices across the facility.
- Support internal/external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Train production staff on SOPs, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Investigate customer complaints related to product quality.
- Ensure calibration and proper use of testing equipment.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering (Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field preferred). - Experience:
3–5 years in QA/QC roles within FMCG, beverage, or manufacturing industries. - Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (ISO, HACCP).
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to train and coordinate with production teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in Nepal.
