An exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality professional to oversee QA & QC activities within a growing GMP manufacturing facility. Reporting into site leadership, you'll supervise a small quality team, ensure GMP compliance, lead investigations, and drive continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise QA & QC operations and manage a team of 2
Ensure GMP compliance and quality system effectiveness
Lead deviations, CAPAs, non-conformances and complaint investigations
Review batch records, SOPs and quality documentation
Support audits, inspections, change controls and validations
Monitor KPIs and promote a strong quality culture
Collaborate with Manufacturing and Operations teams

Requirements

GMP manufacturing experience
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
Strong QA/QC knowledge
Experience with deviations, CAPAs and non-conformances
Excellent communication and organisational skills
