Customer Quality & Warranty Manager

Job Description

Manage customer complaints, product failures and warranty claims through to resolution.
Lead root cause investigations and implement effective CAPA and corrective actions.
Analyse warranty trends, field failures and complaints to identify recurring issues.
Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Service and Supply Chain teams to improve product reliability.
Monitor warranty costs, quality KPIs and cost of poor quality, driving continuous improvement.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience with in manufacturing or engineering.
Background in Customer Quality, Warranty, Quality Assurance or Product Quality.
Strong experience with root cause analysis and CAPA.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, production and customer service teams.
