Quality Manager

Job Description:

Take responsibility for the day-to-day quality function and act as the main point of contact for quality-related matters across the business.
Work with production teams to identify issues, improve processes and ensure finished products consistently meet the required standard.
Manage quality documentation and ensure procedures remain up to date and fit for purpose.
Deal with customer, supplier and internal quality concerns, following issues through to resolution and putting preventative measures in place where required.
Support audits and compliance activities while helping the business maintain the standards expected by its customers.
Identify opportunities to improve quality, reduce recurring issues and introduce more effective ways of working.

Essential Experience/Skills/

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Quality Manager or similar position within manufacturing.
Experience working with a QMS and recognised industry standards.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and how quality can be maintained throughout production.
Strong problem-solving skills with a practical approach to resolving issues.
