I am currently assisting my client in South Wales, identify two Temporary Accommodation Officer's.

Temporary Accommodation Officer - Rate:
Negotiable - Start date:
ASAP - Working pattern: 2 days per week on site 3 days from home
- 37hrs per week
- Needs to own a car and be able to drive on site.
- IT savvy and very enthusiastic.
- Background in social housing/housing association/tenancy management/lettings/estate agency background.
- The role will involve ASB, Property Inspections, Evictions/Warning letters, Rent arrears, tenancy management.
