Freelance assignments paid per appointment. Base rate is £19 for a standard 30‑minute viewing, with higher rates for longer appointments, inspections, photography and floor plans.

  Assignments limited to a radius you specify from your location.

• Attend scheduled property viewings, meet‑and‑greet appointments, video viewings, and photography sessions.
• Conduct property inspections and floor‑plan recordings as requested.
• Provide professional and courteous service to clients and agents.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and client feedback.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Punctual, reliable and comfortable working independently.
• Fluency in English.
• Valid DBS or Disclosure Scotland certificate, dated within the last 3 years.
