Overview
We’re Coapt - Brighton’s leading student letting agency, and we’re looking for a confident, organised Lettings Negotiator to join our energetic team. You’ll be matching applicants to the right properties, booking and carrying out viewings, and guiding people through the lettings process with clarity and care. If you’ve got lettings experience, a proactive mindset, and a genuine focus on great customer service—you’ll fit right in.

- Being the first point of contact for applicants – friendly, enthusiastic, and always helpful
- Matching people to the right homes by really understanding what they’re after
- Booking and carrying out viewings, giving honest, useful information throughout
- Creating eye-catching, accurate property listings that make an impact
- Keeping landlords updated with valuable feedback and market insight
- Negotiating deals that work for everyone — confident, fair, and customer-focused
- Staying ahead of market trends and using your property knowledge to guide clients
- Tracking performance and spotting smart ways to improve how we work
- Passionate about property, with industry experience
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and proactive — full of ideas and energy

- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Additional Pay: Bonuses & performance-related commission
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (9am–5:30pm) & 1 in 4 Saturdays (10am–4pm)
- Location: In-person, Brighton
- Requirement: Valid UK Driving Licence
