This dual‑role position blends front‑line client interaction with critical administrative support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in getting the details right.

You’ll play a key role in:
  • Supporting buyers and sellers through every stage of the property journey.
  • Delivering honest, informed advice tailored to individual needs.
  • Managing day‑to‑day office operations, including diary management, data input, and handling enquiries.
  • Preparing marketing materials, sales reports, and property schedules.
  • Coordinating viewings and follow‑ups, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Contributing to team performance, local market success, and exceptional customer care.
