Property Manager Edinburgh £32,500 (Up to £34,000 dependent on experience)

We're looking for a proactive Property Manager to take ownership of a residential portfolio, managing landlord and tenant relationships from move-in to move-out.

The Role

Manage a portfolio of residential properties end-to-end
Act as the main contact for landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance and contractors via Fixflo
Conduct property inspections and maintain accurate records
Ensure compliance with safety certificates and renewals
Manage rent arrears and resolve issues professionally

About You

Experience in property management, lettings, or a similar client-facing role
Knowledge of the Scottish private rented sector and relevant legislation
Highly organised with excellent communication skills
Able to manage multiple priorities and make decisions confidently
Full UK driving licence required
Professional, results-driven, and proactive approach to work
