Property Coordinator Central London Full Time Monday-Friday Competitive Salary + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Coordinator to join the management team of a prestigious commercial property in Central London.

This role is ideal for a highly organised and customer-focused individual looking to build a career within property management. Working closely with occupiers, contractors and the wider property management team, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of a flagship commercial asset while helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operational management of the property.
  • Act as a key point of contact for occupiers and service partners.
  • Coordinate contractor activities and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with health & safety administration and building procedures.
  • Organise meetings, take minutes and follow up on actions.
  • Manage occupier communications and engagement initiatives.
  • Support the Property Management team with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are delivered at all times.
  • Assist with reporting, risk management and audit requirements.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
  • High attention to detail and professional presentation.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Experience

  • Property management, facilities management or front-of-house experience.
  • Understanding of health & safety requirements.
  • Experience with helpdesk or CAFM systems.
  • IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
