We are delighted to be working with an incredibly well-established and highly regarded global real estate business to find them an experienced and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their prestigious Notting Hill office. You'll be responsible for:
Negotiating and closing lettings transactions, ensuring professional and efficient service Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing outstanding communication and service throughout the lettings process Staying responsive and adaptable to changes in the local market, adjusting strategies accordingly Upholding high professional standards and ensuring compliance with all administrative procedures Demonstrating comprehensive market knowledge and maintaining awareness of local competition Accurately researching market information and presenting findings in a polished, professional manner As Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will receive the following: £32K Basic (DOE) £5,000 Car Allowance £80,000 OTE
