MRICS Commercial Valuer

An established and well respected independent property consultancy is looking to appoint two experienced Commercial Valuers at Associate Director or Director level.

Established for over 50 years, the consultancy has a team of more than 50 professionals and offers a friendly and collaborative working environment with a strong focus on quality.

The role offers hybrid working, with one day per week in the office .

The valuation team works across a varied range of sectors, including:

• Commercial property
• Development
• Portfolio work
• Residential property

The valuation workload is primarily focused on secured lending, with additional private and local authority instructions. Approximately 70% of the workload is secured lending, with the remainder consisting of private and council work.

The average fee is around £2,000 per instruction.

The consultancy operates a management style focused on quality over quantity, with a collaborative culture rather than a high-pressure target environment. The team also utilises Kell & Valos for reporting.

Requirements:

• Experienced Commercial Valuer
• Associate Director or Director level experience
• Strong commercial valuation experience
• Experience of secured lending valuations would be highly advantageous
• Ability to work across a varied valuation workload
• MRICS qualification

Package:

• £70,000 - £100,000 salary
