A successful independent property business is looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join its Shipton under Wychwood team on a part-time basis
. This role would suit a confident property professional with experience across both residential sales and lettings.

Combining sales and lettings responsibilities, the successful candidate will handle everything from generating new business and conducting viewings through to negotiating offers and progressing transactions.

A good understanding of the lettings process from instruction through to move-in would be very helpful, alongside strong local property knowledge, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to delivering results.

• Generate new sales and lettings business through proactive prospecting, referrals and existing client relationships
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants
• Negotiate offers and tenancy terms while working to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
• Manage the lettings process from agreed offer through referencing, tenancy documentation and move-in
• Progress sales and lettings transactions, maintaining regular communication with all parties involved
• Maintain accurate records, follow compliance procedures and deliver consistently high levels of customer service

• Proven experience within residential estate agency across sales and lettings
• Thorough understanding of the lettings process from start to finish
• Strong track record of generating new business and progressing transactions
• Confident conducting property viewings and negotiating offers and tenancy terms
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sales and lettings simultaneously
• Good knowledge of the local residential property market
