Role & Responsibilities Provide professional surveying advice to commercial clients across multiple sectors and regional locations

Undertake lease advisory instructions including rent reviews and lease renewals for existing clients

Prepare valuation reports and development appraisals for loan security and acquisition purposes

Carry out due diligence assessments to support investment and funding decisions

Develop fee income through lease advisory and valuation service lines within the business

Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through consistent service delivery

Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking and market engagement

Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure high quality and timely project delivery

Skills & Experience RequiredMRICS qualified with proven experience within a commercial property consultancy environment

Strong background in lease advisory services across a range of commercial property types

Experience operating at a senior level with responsibility for client management and delivery

Ability to produce valuation reports and appraisals with accuracy and professional standards

Excellent communication skills for engagement with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Strong business development skills with ability to generate and convert new opportunities

Commercial awareness with understanding of regional property markets and trends

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for regional travel requirements

Salary & Benefits Salary between 50,000 and 65,000 depending on experience and professional capability

Commission structure providing additional earning potential based on performance
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and additional birthday leave

Christmas closure providing additional time off during festive period

Mileage allowance of 45p per mile and coverage of public travel expenses
