Job Summary Director – Data Centre Leasing, 90 - 100K This is a senior, strategic role within the business, responsible Data Centre Leasing across multiple EMEA  markets.
JLL is seeking a Data Centre Leasing Executive to support the growth of its Data Centre Advisory and Leasing platform across key markets. The role will focus on advising data centre operators, developers, and occupiers on leasing strategy, market positioning, and transaction execution within a rapidly evolving sector.

What the candidate will be doing

Executing leasing transactions for hyperscale, neocloud, and large enterprise data centre occupiers

Business development – Engage proactively in developing occupier prospects and deal pipeline across EMEA region.

Supporting end-to-end deal execution, from initial site identification through to heads of terms and lease completion

Advising on power-led requirements, capacity planning, and technical real estate considerations (MW, phasing, build-to- suit, shell vs colocation)
Running market sweeps and shortlists for large-scale capacity requirements across core EMEA data centre markets

Attention to detail - delivery timelines & project feasibility while coordinating closely with developers, operators, utilities, and client’s technical teams

Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline while achieving revenue targets.

Preparing detailed client materials including transaction papers, financial comparisons, and option analyses

Sound understanding of the end-to-end site selection process, including market strategy, technical due diligence, zoning and permitting, land and commercial negotiations, and power and utility connections. The successful candidate will evaluate greenfield, brownfield, operational data centres.

What we’re looking for Experience in data centre leasing, account management, hyperscale advisory, or complex transactions in Real estate or Telecom industry.

Strong understanding of power, scale, and technical constraints impacting large scale Data centre site selection

Proven ability to support and execute high-value, long-lead leasing transactions

Commercially astute with strong financial and analytical capability

Comfortable working directly with sophisticated, technically driven clients

Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple complex transactions in parallel

Strong European market knowledge, and an understanding of power, permitting, and infrastructure constraints.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to operate in high-pressure deal environments

The successful candidate will work closely with capital markets, and development advisory teams to deliver best-in-class advice to hyperscale, cloud, and enterprise clients. Responsibilities include market research and analysis, lead on lease negotiations, client engagement, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires a strong interest in data centres and digital infrastructure, excellent commercial and analytical skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. It offers an opportunity to build deep sector expertise within a global, market-leading platform.

Fluency in English is essential, with additional European languages advantageous.

Certifications & Skill sets:

RICS charter preferred5 + 7 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Strong commercial mindset with top-tier negotiation skills

Experience in data centre projects = a big plus
