Southgate, London N14 (office-based) Salary: £35k - £40k depending on role and experience, plus commission
Description:
Cotleigh Property is an established, growing block management agent in Southgate, looking after residential blocks across North London, from Primrose Hill to the less glamorous. We’re hiring at two levels:
Property Manager | £35k-£40k + commissionTake ownership of your own portfolio and run it your way. You’ll be the main contact for leaseholders and directors, managing contractors, compliance, insurance claims and Section 20 major works.

- Property Managers: residential block management experience and a sound grasp of leasehold. Section 20 exposure is a bonus.
- Assistant PMs: property, lettings, estate agency or facilities experience. Organised, calm under pressure and keen to learn.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred, but not essential.
