Systematic Review Analyst – Adelphi Values PROVE

We are hiring a Systematic Review Analyst to join Adelphi Values PROVE, part of Adelphi Group, an Omnicom Healthcare Company.

Location: Bollington, UK. Flexible working options can be discussed.

About the role

This is an entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong scientific background and an interest in evidence-based medicine, healthcare decision-making and pharmaceutical consulting.

You will support systematic and targeted literature reviews, evidence synthesis projects and related deliverables for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, helping inform clinical development, market access, HTA and reimbursement submissions.

The role offers the chance to build expertise in systematic review methodologies, evidence synthesis, HEOR and market access within a supportive healthcare consultancy environment.

What you will do
  • Conduct systematic and targeted literature reviews using established methodologies.
  • Develop and run literature searches across biomedical databases.
  • Screen publications, extract data and assess study quality.
  • Support evidence summaries, technical reports, slide decks and client deliverables.
  • Work closely with consultants, analysts and technical review leads to deliver high-quality projects.
What we are looking for
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject such as life sciences, health economics or public health.
  • Strong data analysis, written communication and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of research methods and critical appraisal of scientific literature.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively to project timelines.
  • Desirable: postgraduate qualification, awareness of systematic review methodology, understanding of HEOR, market access or HTA, or experience using literature screening platforms.
What we offer

You will join a collaborative and supportive team where you can develop your career in healthcare consultancy, with exposure to HEOR, market access and evidence generation projects.

Benefits include a competitive compensation package, private healthcare options, life insurance, income protection, gym membership, training and development, and regular team activities.

If you are interested in building your career in systematic reviews, evidence synthesis and healthcare consultancy, we would love to hear from you.
