Cafe Host; Barista

We treat every customer who walks through our door as an individual, taking immense pride in delivering warm, thoughtful and personalised service. That s where your experience comes in. We are looking for a Café Host (Barista) to join our team for 18 hours a week across 2 days (Monday - Saturday). Whether it s crafting the perfect flat white, helping a guest choose from our seasonal menu, or keeping the café looking immaculate-you ll be part of a naturally engaging team that creates a little bit of  wow  with every visit.

• Creating a brilliant customer experience - using your knowledge and initiative to guide guests through our food and drink offering with genuine warmth
• Delivering excellent coffee - using your barista skills to prepare and serve consistently high-quality drinks with care and confidence
• Running smooth café operations - from taking and processing orders quickly and accurately, to following food safety standards and keeping things flowing behind the scenes
• Keeping things beautiful - making sure our café looks as good as it tastes with stunning visual merchandising and presentation
• Being a proud ambassador for us - sharing your passion for our café, our products, and everything we stand for

You bring previous barista or customer-facing experience, and a love for great food and coffee, and the energy to share it with others. You ll have a calm, approachable attitude with a natural flair for customer service and a willingness to learn and pitch in wherever needed—no task is too small. You ll also have flexibility to work across weekends and weekdays (we re open seven days a week).
