You will curate a remarkable wine journey and ensure high standards of service throughout the dining experience. Working closely with the Chef, you will create an intimate and memorable atmosphere for guests. This role requires excellent hospitality skills and a strong understanding of wine, as you will manage the entire guest journey from arrival to departure.
