the role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Food and Beverage team. This will be a varied and fast paced role. You will support our existing Restaurant Management team to deliver seamless service, help our team create memorable experiences for our guests and support the development of our Awesome team.

In this role you will:
  • ensure all guests receive the highest level of service at all times and oversee the successful running of each service
  • assist with the update of SOP Manual order to improve standards of service, and profitability.
  • monitor department performance in line with KPIs including productivity and Food and Bar GPs.
  • actively contribute to F+B management meetings including ideas for operational improvements and menu ideas
  • contribute to the training and development of team members including identifying personal development plans for your team.
  • help maintain positive working environment with open two way communication within the team
  • demonstrate behaviours in keeping with company values and lead the team by example at all times.
  • ensure all food safety and health and safety procedures are strictly adhered to within the restaurant
To be a good fit for this role you will:
  • have previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant/Restaurant Manager
  • be passionate about creating great service experiences for our guests
  • demonstrate excellent operational management skills
  • be a people focused manager with an understanding of how to deliver results through your team
  • enjoy a fast paced busy environment where every day is different.

You will be working on a rolling rota, 5 days from 7 including, day, evening and split shifts. Salary quoted is based on working 45-50 hour average working week.

Modern live in accommodation will be available for this role.
