The role
Based at a luxury hotel in Pembrokeshire, this is a hands-on Chef de Rang position working across both refined restaurant service and relaxed dining settings.
You'll take ownership of your own section, delivering refined, confident service that reflects the standards of a rosette-level, high-end restaurant, while supporting the wider waiting team on the floor.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering professional and attentive service within a high-quality restaurant environment
Managing your section with confidence and consistency
Creating warm, genuine and memorable guest experiences
Working closely with the wider restaurant and kitchen team
Supporting junior waiters and maintaining excellent waiting standards

Location & eligibility
