• Experience working as a Sous Chef or in a similar professional kitchen role
• NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent)
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate - essential
• A passion for producing well‑presented, nutritious dishes
• Understanding of dietary needs, particularly for older adults
• A positive, reliable team player with a caring approach
• Willingness to complete a DBS check (assistance provided)
